TLS/SSL certs openvpn-server are not saved when save and restore settings using a file #1235

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setup openvpn-server
2. Administration - Settings > Settings > Save Setting to a File:
3. take a new rt-n56u box and load identical firmware as the old box
4. Administration - Settings > Settings > Restore Settings from a File:

What is the expected output?
no error

What do you see instead?
TLS/SSL certs are not available (not restored)

What version of the product are you using?
3.0.3.7-079

There settings are not a part of router configuration.
You can save it for example to usb disk:
# cp /dev/mtdblock5 /media/AiDisk_a1/flash.tar.bz2

When a patch would be supplied to include these settings in the router 
configuration, would such a patch be accepted or refused?

I don't think it can be applied.
You know, router configuration is like a database. Internal flash partition is 
a bzipped tar archive.
