VPN subscription how to connect via FTP #1254

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Hi I just purchased me a VPN subscription for PC & Mobile Phone (Surfeasy)
2.However since that very moment I can't establish an FTP connection anymore 
using my iPhone outside my house, which normally I could
3.I also have a DNS via ASUS and No-IP

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to make contact to my connected hard disk using FTP 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
firmware -081, RT-N65U, Windows 8

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!
