[RT-N56U] PPPoe authentication fails, takes too much time to connect. #1356

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Rebooting the router.
2. 2.4 and 5 GHz leds are on, WAN LED still off.
3. After 70-80 seconds or sometimes more the router connects to the ISP. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The router should reboot completely no more then 30-40 seconds, but there is a 
+50-60 seconds delay due to authentication faulire:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RT-N56U: firmware version: 3.4.3.8-085

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!

the problem is equipment configuration on your ISP side.
you won't be able to connect until the old session dies (expires) on their 
equipment.

it can NOT be fixed in firmware.
