What is the "AiRadar / Beamforming"?

In my opinion Asus's "AiRadar" is pretty gimmicky as is any 802.11n form of
beamforming...Beamforming was allowed to be implemented by router manufacturers
under 802.11n but it was a standard that was never clearly defined...Your
wireless NIC and the access point BOTH need to support the same implementation
of 11n beamforming so in real world practice the benefits are rarely seen. When
802.11ac came out an actual standardized specification of beamforming was
decided upon and is now more practical in the real world...
tl;dr Don't miss "AiRadar" much, you probably weren't benefiting from it in the
first place.

If you're talking about AiRadar from stock firmware, then it was removed from
this firmware, as it simply didn't work at all =)
