HDD Spindown Timeout: something between never and 15 minutes #1457

Just wanted to know if more timers could be added to the dropdown list for the 
HDD Spindown Timeout.
I sometimes need just a small file form the hdd and then it could go sleep 
after 2-3-4-5 minutes and not 15.

I'm on a n56u with a laptop drive + ASMedia sata-usb adapter. The spindown and 
spinup work just fine, but 15 minutes idle is sometimes too much.
