Hard lockup when running stress test #4

The bug is tracked at: https://bugzilla.linux.ibm.com/show_bug.cgi?id=168567 When update the kernel to upstream 4.14.49, the Hard lockup disappears.

Update kernel to v4.14.49 from upstream linux-stable tree. Rebase two patch sets:

  2. https://github.com/liyi-ibm/linux/commit/1d7c3d140906b3f78a774e6d65de7c0d690c835a and https://github.com/liyi-ibm/linux/commit/0f6758941d375fe6acb5f7a2d9f7e643f0639499

The other patch: https://github.com/liyi-ibm/linux/commit/cfc63d3b369115e2fea3ac9b369b2b56ea1c26de has been included in upstream linux-stable v4.14.49.

This issue has been fixed by rebasing 4.14.49.
