Code generation for UI #276

It would be nice if the application could generate code that actually compiles 
and works.  I design UI tools such as EditText, and, others, however, I think 
the XML needs to be generated, and, probably underlying code behind the form in 
Java.

Is it possible to accept to design a code generator as other tools are half 
complete in this sense?
