The Spotify Web Playback SDK requires a premium account for streaming. Currently, including this feature isn't practical for the purpose of this project, as some users may lack Spotify accounts, restricting their access to the project's features and UI.

Streaming can be set up in later stages in the next delivery timebox. Possible streaming options besides Web Playback SDK: https://developers.soundcloud.com/docs/api/guide#playing

Considering the current delivery timebox, the development will be focused on:
