Fix Challonge 502 errors #106

Describe the bug Recently, all !challonge commands have been unable to work due to a 502 error from the challonge api servers.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a channel with a set challonge bracket in the !bracket command
  2. Use !challonge checkin
  3. See error

Expected behavior Challonge should return the data we need and then Lizard-BOT should properly return the list of users not checked in
