As the title says. This means that anyone with a tongue can now speak slime if they know it.
Why It's Good For The Game
First off, jellypeople can't even speak their own language due to the lack of a "slime tongue". However, with the addition of the language menu, and slime being selectable, I thought it would be better to just make it available to everyone - that way, slime isn't a "trap" option given that the language menu does not discriminate between languages you can and can't physically speak.
In the future it might be a useful functionality for the language menu, but I'm not convinced this is a language we want to restrict that way anyway.
