Per the title, strong-arm implants are no longer available to order, by any means.
Why It's Good For The Game
Per a discussion on our Discord, strong-arm implants are, despite being very cool, not good for the game at all. They're a completely invisible major combat buff that the crew can simply decide to order at any time. This is supremely frustrating for antag players, who may think they're up against a completely unarmed crew member only to be punched across the room by their secret SUPER ARM. And they're cheap and easy enough to order that the entire Medical department might have them.
If we can find a better way to balance them (or make a new item with a similar theme), we can put them back.
