About The Pull Request

This PR adds a new shuttle, The Maintenance Tsar's Pleasure Barge, to the emag shuttle options. This shuttle is maintenance themed, and has a few mobs for ghosts to control.
image image It's price is set between the small orb shuttle and the expensive battle cruiser.

This shuttle encounters some strange problems when it rotates - the big engines inexplicably become detached. However, I'm pretty sure this is an upstream bug, and I don't know what you would do about it. Just noting that for posterity.

pushed some minor changes, mostly just more maint loot (to be in line with the lux shuttle). Should be good to go now
