Orbpdate: Coroner Edition

The main purpose of this update is to get the Coroner job onto Orbstation so PL can update Biodome.

Other than that...

• Phobias have been alphabetized (so hopefully we haven't suffered any regressions in the process).
• Organs spill properly when a mob is gibbed.
• The hierophant club's visuals now work, and it will function when summoned directly into your hand (by Instant Summons or the Journeyman Wizard diploma) (thanks Lexi!).
• Tonguespike has been buffed, chemspike has been slightly nerfed.
• Psyker pirates have been replaced with psyker bounty hunters. They're still basically useless, but at least it doesn't matter as much.
• Wedding cakes!
• Deadchat will be informed of many more interesting events.

Please run the two update paths. Also, coroner plasmaman helmet and envirosuit are missing icons, due to the base paths of those having been overriden to point at the orb's override dmi, so we either have to remove the override on those suits, or paste the new icons into the orb dmi.

I can do these myself if you don't have the time or energy for them during the night.
