Chronic Illness changes #650

About The Pull Request

This PR does a few things related to the new "Chronic Illness" quirk.

First, the disease has been renamed to "Causality Degradation Syndrome" rather than "Hereditary Manifold Sickness". This change has been reflected everywhere it can be.

Second, the description of the Chronic Illness quirk has been clarified to note that it's one specific Weird Sci-Fi Disease that fucking kills you and not like. A real chronic illness.

Finally, the traitor objective to infect someone with the chronic disease has been disabled by setting its maximum reputation to 0.

Why It's Good For The Game

The big thing here is the disabling of the traitor objective. It has been expressed by multiple players that the idea of infecting someone with an incurable chronic disease that kills you unless they constantly give money to their employer, because you wanted some extra TC, is not a fun sort of evil, and would be horribly uncomfortable to RP. This could have been an x-card, but it doesn't really fit the tone of Orbstation at all and is better off not existing (especially since Progtraitor's days are numbered).

As for the renaming, "Hereditary Manifold Sickness" is some pretty meaningless technobabble that doesn't tell you anything about the disease. "Causality Degradation Syndrome" is technobabble that tells you exactly what it is (a disease that makes you fade from time). Clarifying the quirk description is also good so that you aren't surprised at what your chronic illness is only after the game starts. That's information you need to know to play a character!
