This PR makes the corridors surrounding the dome a bit less straight. Some of the Back Alleys extend into previous maintenance space, grilles and windows have been added.
This PR also fixes an Emergency Air Storage room's manifold being rotated incorrectly.
Also renames the "Please boat" to "Pleasure boat", as it should be.
