Biodome

Replaces the librarian skeletal minibar with a subtype
Edited some wallmounts, mainly the kitchen shutter button to a proper West subtype, instead of a North one, and also altered the HoS office slightly
Added a huge amount of fire extinguishers to decrease the deficit. Hopefully we have enough now.
