Merge conflicts and issues:

Removed most of the removals from the scanner gate. Fatness check is still removed. Marked the removed items with "ORBSTATION REMOVAL".
Illegal tech check swapped on the Fan Revolver to the new trips contraband check.
Orb only clown ops get a regular jetpack as the advanced type has been removed.
"bolt of blasting" needed to have its embedding var changed to embed_type.

Biodome:

Added the 12% ouja spawner for the chaplain.
Adds signs pointing towards the exodrone bay.
Runs update paths for flat white catwalks.
Adds a bridge type delam counter to bridge.
Fixes freezer using the no longer used piping layer var.
