Bigger issues

• Somehow the slime transformation disease was gone and have been merged into the xeno disease. This has been fixed.
• DNA Block count and indexes had to be incremented
• Health analyzer "Target is farsighted" had to be moved to /obj/item/organ/internal/eyes/get_status_appendix
• Fixes map vote starting during shuttle ride
• Preferences: byond membership slot count moved
• SIGIL_LAYER -> RUNE_LAYER
• audio_cooldown -> specific_emote_audio_cooldown
• updated the path of many sounds
• added sniffing, sighing and snoring to rats
• moved our ribbiting to the orb folder
• Takes away the journeyman wizard's Runtiming Beer from the preview
• Had to remake the digitigrade screenshot check, as our default lizard is not lime
• Pod people hair colour is now the same as the mutant colour, due to an upstream refactor issue, this will be solved eventually
