Extend favourites model #37

Include all of the fields supplied by Twitter, not just the ones that looked interesting when writing the initial test code

Without doing this, being able to save your favourites (gh-26) might be slightly pointless as you won't get all the data otherwise. May also facilitate flagging of private tweets (gh-28) as I think the poster info is included by default
