What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Terminating analysis before completion

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be useful to be able to pause or stop analysis before completion 
without damaging the output files

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Solfec, 0.619 BETA on 32-bit windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3

Please provide any additional information below.
creating and empty file named "STOP" in the output directory could be used to 
stop the simulation without damaging the output files

Now added. Just place a file named STOP in the output directory and the 
analysis will stop (both serial and parallel).
