What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. hf 14a sim 12345678

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to send correct ( 12345678 ) card number to reader. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest:

proxmark3> hw version

And what card number is sent by Proxmark to reader in your case ?

Just additional note: although the SimulateIso1443aTag() routine take tagType 
argument it's ignored and type of card is hardcoded within routine

In advance, the syntax of 'hf 14a sim' command doesn't allow to specify type of 
card you want to simulate.

All I want to achieve is to send the correct serial number.
The type of card is indifferent.

What is a correct example of a hi 14a sim?
