TM2 is likely an IM or GD #14

Since the goal of the SRS is to compute the STFT, TM2 (STFT) should likely be an instance model.

However, if the goal is not a direct computation of STFT, then the STFT (TM2) should be a General Definition because it is derived from the Fourier Transform. Additionally, the IM should have a detailed derivation of the output.

STFT is not an IM. This issue is replaced with #24. Therefore closing this.
