Emotes aren't sufficiently visually distinct #13

Emotes (/me smiles) don't show up as visually distinct from normal "speech", and thus appear to be the person talking about themselves in the third person (japhb smiles) rather than emoting.

Perhaps make emote lines italic, or with a leading *, or both?

Lines are now italic with the nick in bold. I believe that is enough?
