UI tweaks

• Make system messages less prominent in the UI, as they are not more important than the messages from users
• Revert to original style of the footer, resolving a recently introduced issue with the background displaying
• De-italic nicknames, they do not need more attention than the actual text plus this makes the reading a bit harder. The information that this text denotes the author is conveyed using the location already.
• Make dates in live view not relate to commits by color and make the text centered to make the overall look more natural
• Fix placing of the text in the time column
