Implement better keyboard controls #213

Left hand on keyboard, right hand on mouse. WASD to move, Space to dash, LMB to fire, RMB to melee, aim with mouse cursor. Previous input scheme still works but is not explicitly shown to the player during the tutorial.

Closes #142.

Feels way better than using the arrow keys and CTRL for melee!
