Add equipment slots #4

This might just be a table of wearables and a definition of how many you can wear of each thing. Slots: head, neck, eyes (???), left ankle, right ankle, wings, tail????? Ludicrous. Wielding in beak or in one foot may also be possible. (separate bug)

I've added neckwear, headgear, and (body) armor, keeping it simple. Now to make all the slots work and show nicely in inventory.
