Make the 4D Timelock work #129

The 4D Timelock will manage the smaller time travel bits along the Red Line. The big time travel stuff can't happen until the calendar is complete.

If you have the glyph for an area then the timelock will buzz (and maybe offer the option to go back)

It should also maybe emit interesting quotes from Buckminster Fuller's book.
