clean treatment column #70

I didn't notice a specific issue for cleaning the treatment column. It is however linked to : #43 #32 and others. I expect to have questions so I thought it would be easier to keep track of them in its own issue.

@christophe-rd There's also a 'Treatmentfixed' column mentioned in issue #62 -- can you check that out?
