These we probably need a focused lit review of by someone:

What is a constraint versus limitation (temperature)
Go back to early ecosystem x growth literature (Keenan and before), review... Review: Green_&_Keenan_2022persp and Canon_etal_2022
Latitudinal patterns of GSL x growth (or MAT x growth) --> Does this exist?
Provenance trials and GSL x growth (or MAT x growth)
PEP725 x ITRB plot
What are the physiological limits? Thermal limits ... Turgor limits? Cell expansion limits?

These we hope we might get out of the table:

Resource limitation, evidence for and against
Constraints, evidence for an against
Species diversity in tree ring studies ... maybe make table on whether the studies with tree rings and growth have looked at dominant canopy species

Other than the PEP725 x ITRB plot, we have tackled basically all of these. Whoo-hoo!
