Once Isabelle sends me her R file for exp2 I should update analyses_compmod_exp2.R to copy her models but run them following our approach. Be sure to compare against analyses_exp1and2.R to make sure the model structure for cutting etc. (and the data size) is the same as those plotted in plotting_exp2_mergedmodels.R (so need to compare across plotting_exp2_mergedmodels.R and analyses_exp1and2.R and then to analyses_compmod_exp2.R).
