See also issue #228 ... @MoralesCastilla Will make some notes on where we're at.

Few notes from Lizzie: Jonathan still thinks if you have common species you can just prune the Zanne tree published a few years back (use congenerics if the exact species not present). He said it seems unnecessary to build our own tree when so many of the species will be missing ...

Also PWR is set up to do y ~ multiple traits!

A few to do items to not forget ...

loo on similar models but one with and one without phylogeny
Run this model: a[sp-phylo] + bchill[sp] + bforce[sp] + bphoto[sp]
run without gymnosperms

A few more ideas ....

We may want to calculate days to BB using our model output for each species and a baseline scenario .... could help with structuring the paper.
We need to read Zohner paper (NCC paper from 2017 or 2018, need to find), Davies etc.
