updated OSPREE database methods #432

@DeirdreLoughnan I am working up methods for the updated OSPREE database. Could you check my notes in _README_papersearchmethods.txt? Specifically, I wanted to make sure I am understanding the numbers correctly. If you have time, can you also check my text on this for the phylo paper ... see this commit?

@lizzieinvancouver I looked into the notes and the text files Darwin and I created. I agree that the numbers are for new papers published after your 2015 search and until December 2018, and between December 2018-June 2019 respectively. I redid several of the search terms and got a similar number of results in Web of Science as we did previously for both searches. The results were less similar for Google scholar, but that might be because it is harder to filter to such a specific date range.
