@DeirdreLoughnan I am trying to track down the R code that makes some of the figures in the main text, but the figure names do not seem to exist outside the .Rnw where they are read in. For example, if I search for cuetrait_wtrend all I get is a reference to the files themselves and the .Rnw when I should also see where they are written out. Can you update this? At a minimum we need some cleaning and a README that says which R code writes out critical figures in the ms.
A large part of the point using Sweave is to make the sure the code that runs the figures and tables updates ... but I cannot see in your .rnw where you do that? Can you point me to it?
