Another set of standard runs #21

I set another set of standard runs going (four job arrays. Each array has 50 tasks. Each task runs the R script once; each time is 100 runs). 5000 runs of each type. JobIDs are: 52906317 52906377 52906444 52906467

Canceled these. Found a problem in the mkdir command in slurm file Phenology_2018.sh where it creates a new scratch directory for output. Needs -p modifier. Fixed and will rerun under a new issue.
