I am adding some additional R*-alpha runs of two types: -first set fills in the alpha - 0-0.3 range. This may help us understand the gap between the alpha and tauI runs. I guess these should be 30% of the total runs, but for now this is 50x100 runs -second set is for the full range of alpha (0-1) I kept the tauI range the same U(0.1-0.9) for these runs to make them comparable Submitted batch job 9270454 Submitted batch job 9270457

@donahuem I cannot find these files, I looked here: /n/wolkovich_lab/temporalvar/R/output/SummaryFiles/9270454 But maybe there are elsewhere?

OK, checked these - they failed because of a write error. Fixed an EOF error in getInputParms, but this didn't fix (warning only). Runs locally just fine. Made sure all files were up to date.

I don't understand why this is throwing an error on Odyssey, but not on my local machine and not in the megaD runs that also use this call.
