check that gmax is 0.8 in the plotted runs #55

@dbuona We suggest you check that gmax is 0.8 for all runs and species. @donahuem noticed that in priorityeffects.R that g_notxi was set to 0 (around line 25) and she thinks it should be 1 if you want all species to have the same germination. Cross reference line 79 of prieff_species.R which explains the way it seemed to work.

@dbuona Nevermind! We figured it out (running a diversity of types, then saving only the ones with equal germination). @donahuem might push updated code that is a little tidier, so git pull in case -- and tell us if we broke something.
