Okay, I checked and I believe donahuem has the code all beautifully done so that if you set it two species it automatically does the first parameter set given in the appendix for figure 2 in Chesson et al. 2004 (yay, Megan!) and I think it runs okay -- it's just that the last year all the species end up at zero. Why is this?
I bet it's obvious but I would:
(1) Like you to check all looks like it's coexisting, like I think and
(2) Figure out the wee issue -- you'll see I flagged a new output the loop makes called 'runspecies' with '# alert Will Rogers!' since I get coexisting species sometimnes at lines 98 of Bfin but not 100 (so I just tagged that I have that set to 98, whereas it should work at 100). Hope that makes sense.
