@DeirdreLoughnan How is calculating average frost free days (using daymet and 1980-2010) for each our common garden provenances going?

@lizzieinvancouver @dbuona I have pushed data on frost free days per year to the output folder. The code for this calculation is here. I used the sharpshootR package, but let me know if another method is preferred.

As an aside, Ken also tested the daymetR package and confirmed that it downloads the same data as manually downloading it from the website. But it seems much faster and is really straight forward to write into a loop.
