@dbuona Just acknowledging that I am a bit slow on this ... I hope to tackle it in the next few days, but depends how long my grant work stretches for. Apologies! If you need/want to jump in on editing, just tell me and I can hold off. Otherwise, I will just get to ASAP.

@dbuona I finished a first overhaul and just pushed it. Look for:

I left as comments a mix of old text that might be better than what I wrote and various stuff I was just not quite ready to let go of. You should use it/cut it as you like.

I did not yet add refs as:

  1. There is no bib that I saw quickly.
  2. I wanted to take a break and see what you think of the text before I spend more time on refs, but I will set up an issue now for us to get it done.
