demux_worker: called but nothing to do #168

I believe the above syslog message is from the TBS driver.

Has anyone else seen this, or have any comments? I have had the system running for around a week without problems. Then ...

... kernel: [331402.xxxxxx] demux_worker: called but nothing to do ... occurs multiple (100's) times in the log.

The above started well before a scheduled recording, and continues as I get in the mythtv-backend log:

Mar 27 14:59:07 samson mythbackend: mythbackend[17515]: E TVRecEvent tv_rec.cpp:3950 (TuningSignalCheck) TVRec[21]: TuningSignalCheck: Hit pre-fail timeout Mar 27 14:59:10 samson mythbackend: mythbackend[17515]: W TVRecEvent tv_rec.cpp:3981 (TuningSignalCheck) TVRec[21]: TuningSignalCheck: taking more than 10000 ms to get a lock. marking this recording as 'Failing'. Mar 27 14:59:10 --- Updating status for "Hot Enough For June" on cardid [21] (Tuning => Failing)

The recording is very damaged. On the desktop the mouse pointer has a BIG lag. Restart mythtv-backend Mouse pointer still has BIG lag REBOOT Mouse pointer OK, and mythtv recording normally.

Mythtv 0.29, Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS, kernel 4.13.0-37-generic, linux_media.git latest as of 22/3/18. Intel DC dual core G840, Intel H61 Express chipset, integrated graphics, TBS TBS6280 PCI-E
