dgl deprecated version #1

Hi, When I was running the code in the RAR file, I found an error. It says the dgl graph is deprecated. Could you specify the version of the torch library that you used in the code? Thanks.

I can run tihs code in dgl 0.4.3(cpu version). I hope this will help you!!!!!!
