Get error when running mheg2xmltv command #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Followed Wiki Getting Started

Get Error: An exception occured: Unspecified error

1.0.0.1 - WinXP SP3

Enclosed is .dvb file that I created.

Hi grantysid,

Thanks for reporting the problem. Would you be able to try a different audio 
and video decoder setting when creating the .dvb file using "DCDVDSource". Can 
you let me know if this helps.
