Custom element doesn't exist: light-entity-card on older ipad (ios 10.3.3)

I get an error message on my older ipad with the light-entity-card

The error is: Custom element doesn't exist: light-entity-card

I use the latest versions of HA, HACS etc...

You need the custom: prefix, like custom:light-entity-card.
