config flow checkboxes stopped working in new frontend version #77

Breaking changes made recently to the frontend, specifically in removing the support for paper-checkbox in favor of ha-checkbox causes the config flow checkboxes to not show up. This PR fixed that issue. I tested it locally on my hass instance. You can see the change here:

i.e I'm using the latest beta version of HA that was released a couple of hours ago
