Card doesn't disappear when toggle off #82

When I toggle off group of 3 lights the card not always shut down. The lights turning off and the toggle changing to off too, but the card doesnt shut down. The real problem is that I cant turn on the group of lights until the card is shut down. Do you know what is the problem? Thank you in advance.

you probably have persist_features turned on

The persist_features is turned off. I need to click the toggle 3-4 time and sometimes more until the card is shut down. And ins not just that, many times the cards doesnt work properly, like when I change brightness its not working all the time and I need to change couple more times until its working.
