Release 5 how breaking? #87

Hi! Just saw in HACS there is an update for this awesome card. I am worried though it says about a "breaking" change, but to explanation as to what will/might break. Before I update, what is MWC and what will it break?

Homeassistant 2022.3 switched to Material Web Components (MWC) so you need 2022.3 and up to use v5 and onward.
