Add a list of links to presentation files. #34

I went back through the past meetups and aggregated links to presentation files that are still on-line. I'm not sure if this was meant by @zupo in #32. I think having them in a separate file makes them more visible than leaving them in old, closed GitHub issues (e.g. #30).

Thanks for going the extra mile. Although this adds a bit more work organizing the repository (sponsors is already not very tidy, which is also my fault), but it may be a worth while in the long run.

Could you also amend the template file to include a check list item that reminds us that any presentations should be added to the list?
