Add Edit star function to Star properties in side panel #319

as it says.

If a user wants to change the properties of a star then they click edit

I added an edit button to the side pane. Initially, its disabled until a star is placed there When you select a star in a myriad ways, it enables the edit button so you can bring the details in a edit dialog and save the changes in the db
