Well, ffmpeg-d is only a binding to FFmpeg libraries, so you can follow any of FFmpeg's original examples, and the API reference for 2.7. Nevertheless, I think you're right. That's why I wanted to translate some of FFmpeg orignal examples to D through ffmpeg-d (see #4).
I'm sorry I've postponed this task - I'll try translating some of the examples by the end of the week. Of course, If you're willing to try do it yourself, PR is more than welcome!
Could you please provide sample code in the README?
