Cut, copy, paste now working (see "TestApp")
All options for Mini Map are working
Line numbers can be disabled
Folding can be disabled
Some property has been renamed for clarity
Bug fixes

Test app UI reworked to reflect all the currently working features.

Sorry for my late response (I've been in hospital for the last few weeks). There are a few conflicts that need to be resolved

I'm sorry to hear that, I hope you're fine now :) I will check those conflicts as soon as I can. In the meanwhile, I made a local branch to start working on the DiffEditor. It is working fine and it is not so difficult to handle (there is just some bizarre behaviour to cope with).
